Beaver-Lite Demos

You’ve got some tracks, maybe you want to get them on B-Net or you want to try and get an NZOnAir Phase 4 grant- you’ve got a bit of cash, enough to go into one of the big name studios for a day or two and lay the tracks down. But you don’t have a producer, you won’t be able to afford to get the tracks mixed properly and there’s no budget to master them.

Beaver-Lite gives you access to the full Beaver production/record/mix and master service at the same rate you’d spend recording a few tracks at one of the other studios.

We’ve set up digital templates to allow us to record and mix a standard band set up very efficiently and give you the basics of a full mix and master at a fraction of the full price - ideal for demos or to get your tracks in the best possible shape for student radio or grant applications.

This compacted recording/mix/master process including knowledgeable producer input is probably the smartest way to spend your demo money. With Beaver-Lite you get around 75% of our full production quality level for about 1/3 of the price - a day or two recording your band in another studio just can’t compete.
